My background is in Architecture, and I graduated from an architecture program at FIU. Since then, I have built my experience around design development, permitting, project coordination, change of use, as-built documentation, and code compliance.

I work with homeowners, contractors, architects, and engineers to help move projects from plans through permitting and approval.

I understand how complicated the process can become, especially when multiple disciplines, review comments, and agencies are involved. My role is to keep the project organized, coordinate the required documentation, stay on top of review comments, and help keep everything moving forward.
